Matt Ferron took very good care in servicing my car and made sure i Knew all the the details of the service . I live in Cleveland, but i would go to the Tire Choice in Painsville for their great service. If you stop in , ask for Matt.

He made sure that everything was done in a timely matter and that it was safe for me to drive my care home . I would highly recommend Rich as someone I would trust to work in my car.

I had the privilege to meet Alicia this time, she was just as great as Matt. They were very helpful and honest in letting me know the severity of my brakes. They gave me a fair and honest quote. I told them I needed to be at a doctors appointment within the next 2.5 hours. They offered to take me to my appointment! Most places would tell you to call for a ride. They under promised and over delivered. They finished the full brake job and oil change within the time frame so I was able to make it to my appointment. Yet another great experience with the staff and shop. I highly recommend this shop for and mechanical needs!!!! Thanks, Pedro

Tire Choice was busy but said they would work hard to get my tire plugged so we could visit family as we were supposed to later in the day, and ensure I had a car for Monday. Matthew and Alicia were helpful, kind, and so supportive. We will be back!
