  I stopped here to get my tire looked at because it had been continuously leaking. The gentleman discovered someone punctured my tire that resulted in an air leak. I knew someone did something but I wasn’t sure how much damage was done and I appreciate them taking the time to look at it. I was unable to make an appointment, this was the first location that I was able to get to the quickest. He was great help and very knowledgeable. Thanks again

  I’ve been dealing with Matt and his team at Tire Choice for about three years now, and I can honestly say they are the absolute best. Matt is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly—HONEST. That’s hard to find these days, and it’s why I trust him with all of my vehicles. Just this month alone, I’ve taken five of my cars here for general maintenance. Every time, the service is consistent, transparent, and professional. They never try to upsell unnecessary repairs and they always explain exactly what’s going on in a way that makes sense. As long as Matt is managing this location, I won’t go anywhere else for maintenance, minor repairs, or tire service. Highly recommend!

  Went to get air in my tires. Asked in advance if they had any availability. The lady said yes. I tried booking an appointment she said to just come in they had the availability. I drive here in a snow storm to get the air and they say they are behind it’s going to be a long wait. Why not say that over the phone and schedule me a time when you’re available. Now I have to drive somewhere else with barely any air in my back tires. Complete waste of time. Wouldn’t not recommended if your are looking for good customer service.

  This has my first time doing an oil change here. Given that I had gone to take 5 and Vavoline for years I expected that the service would have been roughly the same. Seems like all they do is change the oil and filter and that’s it. For 80.00 plus tax I expected more. I had to ask if they checked my tire pressure and was told that they typically don’t do that. And I was also told that he didn’t notice any warnings on my dash about the pressure. I informed him that there was warnings and he was surprised when we checked together. This tells me that they don’t pay attention to the details that might save me money on gas mileage, possibly catch a problem that could cause an accident. Lastly when I checked out I did not see a sticker in the window, I must have missed it as it was in the tinted portion of my window. The front desk person raged and used profanity as she grabbed a sticker and was ready to reprimand the “mechanic”. Please keep in mind that you asked for my feedback so I’m providing. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. The overall experience was awful and I would not go back. The value also for what I paid was subpar. I should have waited in line at take 5. The best part of the experience was my interaction with the manager. He seemed like a good guy and was very personable. He is the sole reason why I took a chance.
