- MFMae FinchDec 12, 20252.0The customer service I recieved was fine, however earlier today I witnessed the manager Carla yelling at an associate in front of customers. while I don’t exactly know what happened, I personally work in retail and am a manager myself. I just gotta say, nothing is ever so serious that it requires embarassing another person in front of customers. Also, if that’s how you treat your staff, how do you treat your customers?

- DDdoodle doofusMar 24, 20235.0I stopped in, needing new wipers after the heavy snow and ice, and while none of the other workers in there offered to helped me, one worker named Matt I believe helped pick out the right wipers I needed, not too expensive and perfect for the winter weather, and then enthusiastically put them on my van for me. Hope that dude gets promoted, he really knows how to handle a customer
