  I don’t usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and arrived about 10 minutes early. “B” pulled up my information, and when I asked about a discount advertised on their website, I was told it didn’t apply. Not a huge issue, though it wasn’t a great first impression. He did offer $10 off instead, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, everything after that was frustrating. I was told I’d receive a call when my car was ready, so I left and returned about an hour later. When I got back, there had been no call and no update. I ended up waiting far longer than expected—nearly 2.5 hours after dropping off my car. During that time, there was no communication at all. I eventually noticed my car sitting outside, apparently finished, with no one having bothered to notify me. When I went to the counter to check out, I was met with a casual “What’s up?” from B and then had to explain who I was and which car was mine. After waiting that long, it was surprising to not even be recognized or accounted for. To make matters worse, the discount I had been offered earlier was long forgotten. Between the lack of communication, the excessive wait despite having an appointment, and the overall disorganization, this was a disappointing experience. A little more attention to customers’ time and basic follow-through would go a long way. And maybe watch your tone, B.

  Service was fast and easy! The guys there know what they’re doing and do it well. Service for the customer and the car were both 10/10!

  Came here looking for an oil change last minute. They were able to fit me in the following day in the morning. They did an overall great job with my Land Cruiser. They are honest and will not discharge a car until they know for sure the car is reliable and fully up to par with safety protocols etc. definitely will be using them again!

  I was quick in and quick out. The team replaced 2 rear tires.
