  Too bad there isn't a 6th star! Kerry and Matt did an outstanding job managing all aspects of our car repair. We appreciated their attention to detail, honesty, communication, and patience with all of our questions, as we don't have much experience with auto body repair. They made the insurance claim handling - the hardest part of the process - completely seamless. They were on our side, making sure we got the best parts and full repairs. The result was flawless, as good as new. And they returned a super clean car back to us! I joked to Matt that we hope to never do business again. Everyone hopes to never need auto body work. But if the unfortunate ever happens, Stateline is the first and only place we will contact!

  Dear Stateline Auto Body Shop, I know we’ve been through a lot together—there have been moments of understanding and joy, as well as conflicts and frustrations. You did an absolutely flawless job on the front bumper; there’s no color mismatch and no unnecessary distortion. I’m sure that if I didn’t tell you, you’d never guess there had been an accident here. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality, and highly efficient repair shop, this is your only choice. Maybe there isn’t just one. Also, since this was my first time filing an insurance claim, I wasn’t familiar with the specific process or how they operate. When I first reached out to them, they immediately recognized my concerns and assured me that hitting a small wild animal wouldn’t increase my premiums. Throughout the entire process, they took the lead and handled almost everything for me—I simply drove the car to their shop, made a few phone calls, and they had my car repaired in just five days. I also learned that they’re going through a tough time right now and have a lot of cars to repair. I want to tell others that if you’re a consumer like me, please give them a little more time and patience—because they always give their best to you. Finally, I’d like to apologize to everyone affected by this incident. I’m truly sorry! I wish Stateline continued success and hope the owner makes a speedy recovery.

  I was in need of a 2nd look of my car because I scraped against some snow. Stateline told me to come in asap so they could take a look. They immediately diagnosed my damage and found it to be underwhelming. They are honest, efficient and great with pricing. Kerry is a good guy and I will definitely be back to this establishment for any upcoming auto repair needs!
