  I wouldn’t give even ONE star if I had a choice, the man at the front counter was extremely rude and unfriendly from the beginning. We waited almost an hour & a half after our appointment time and they still hadn’t even taken our car back for an oil change. So we went back to pick up the keys to try another day since we have plans, my husband asked for the keys and the man THREW them at him across the counter. I asked him if he seriously just did that and he said yeah and if my husband called him boy again they would take it outside to the parking lot. My husband NEVER called him that, first of all we’re a lot younger than him and don’t treat people that way. He threatened my husband and threw keys at him in front of our very young children because we asked for our keys back!! Stay away from this place.

  I had multiple things wrong with my car like my tire pressure light on, ice between the door, but I came in only for a screw that popped off the bottom of my car and something was hanging off the bottom of my car. I called and they set up an appt for 20 min later. they fixed all of it in 15ish min and got the ice and light off without me even asking. They didnt charge me. I have an oil change scheduled this week and I'm looking forward to it. they did an incredible job and it took SO short. Seriously will be going to these guys forever after that experience.

  EVERY time i visit the Auto Tire Shop (in Oxford), i am greeted warmly, and treated respectfully. Mike (owner) may not yet know me by name ~ but he will! Most recently I came because my Honda Element wouldn't start, despite her battery registering 97% a week prior (when getting a number of things done ~ new tires, brake pads, and general tune up). Well, it turns out that perfectly good batteries don't like frigid weather any more than we humans do!

  I came here a few months ago to get my rotors turned because my car was shaking when the brakes were pressed. They looked over my car and said nothing was wrong with my brakes at all. The issue got worse so I took it somewhere else and the techs told me my pads were down to 20% and the rotors were completely warped and needed serviced immediately. They said there was no way anyone would not have noticed the damage. I have a toddler in my car so not getting a second opinion could have been extremely dangerous. Not okay.
