I scheduled my appointment through their website yesterday, which was really convenient for me since they were closed. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to find my parts and get them delivered so that I could leave town that day. I was charged $134.99 for a 2-wheel alignment and never received an alignment sheet nor did I ask for an alignment in the first place. I asked for a price check on an alignment and if it was free to check during my appointment for new tires to be installed, but I never received an answer, and instead found out that I was charged for an alignment after it was already done. Also, they didn’t ask if I wanted to keep my old tires and instead just marked customer wishes to discard old parts and charged me $21.
