  New management is unprofessional. Went on a Tuesday dropped off the car found out two hours later they only had 3 tires available for my car. Went back on Thursday to drop off my car and waited 30 minutes and couldn't get ANYONE to take my keys. Mike hire a front desk person or expect more negative reviews.

  Quick trip to Oxford from out of town for 1 night and ended up with a flat tire. Called and they were welcoming, even took a quick look at the tire as soon as I arrived to ensure it was fixable and put my fears at ease. Once they determined it was in fact fixable they took my information and directed us to a place to get lunch near by. Within an hour and a half the repair was done, tire is holding pressure perfectly, and they got this concerned mama back on the road visiting her college kid worry free. They were polite, and fair and even showed me the crazy piece of metal that caused the problem in the first place. I would definitely go here again, although I hope never to need to!

  I was traveling out of town when I got a flat tire and called this shop to make an appointment. They confirmed the time and that the service could be completed same day. When I arrived, the manager told me they were overbooked and couldn’t help me at all. The manager was condescending and unapologetic. He just made excuses about how it's the call centers fault. However, he knew about the appointment and could have called me prior to let me know my appointment was cancelled before I risked driving my car for service. We asked for the number to complain to the call center and when we did, we were directed back to him and he was still not taking any responsibility. This service (or lack of) made a stressful situation even worse. Because of their poor planning and lack of accountability, I ended up with no help when I needed it most. If you’re looking for reliable service or basic courtesy, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  Had purchased the lifetime tire balance, rotation, etc. package with a set of new Continental tires. Had to call an outsourced call center and made a 9am appointment for tire rotation and balance, dropped the car off returned an hour later and the car hadn't moved, asked for my keys back, took about 15 minutes for the manager to get my keys, he seemed to have an awful attitude, very different than the manager I originally purchased the tires from, Torrence, I feel like I just pissed away a few hundred bucks for a service package I'll never use, very disappointed in the service from this location, attitude is everything when it comes to customer service, this place has neither.
