- BKBonnie KretschmerFeb 9, 20264.0The repairs themselves went well, but the tech didn’t know how to reset the “oil life” dashboard indicator on a 2016 Honda Civic (a rather common car) and had awful problems with the computer that required him to call in help from someone else in the middle of a repair in the shop and took 20 minutes to solve either way. I hope that tech is going to get some additional training soon!
