  Made a minivan reservation on Tuesday. Got a call on Thursday evening, before planned pick up time on Friday morning, that our reservation cannot be fulfilled, affecting our plans. Do not rent cars you don't actually have.

  The whole experience was very efficient and easy. The employees were super friendly and helpful and they had me in a car the same day.
