  They always do a great job here!!! Never had a bad experience!! They are always busy but manages to push the cars through. Even when they do a BUNCH of other services on vehicles

  I’ve been to Valvoline Instant Oil Change twice now, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, I got my oil changed and drove home, only to find oil leaking all over my driveway. I took it to the dealership, and they found the oil filter hadn’t been installed correctly. A few months later, I gave them another chance with a different vehicle (even though I was skeptical) because I was in a rush before a trip to Florida. I ended up sitting in the bay for 3 hours because they didn’t have the correct oil. After going to get it, they came back without enough to complete the job. At that point, I left and planned to top it off myself. The next morning, I walked outside to—again—oil all over my driveway. I took it to the dealership, and once again the oil filter had not been installed properly and had to be redone. After two separate incidents with the same issue, I will never return and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  Navarre Avenue, Oregon Ohio location is great. In and out in a very reasonable time. They keep careful records on your vehicle so you know when prevention care is needed. This way you can adjust your budget to be able to pay for future services. They are very knowledgeable, the the time to explain things to you and actually show you potential problems or I things are good. Please use this location for your future needs.

  Go see this crew they are absolutely amazing humans♡:) After a strange complete temporary shut down of my car, they checked everything for me, and didn't make me feel dumb or crazy. Forever grateful for all of you!!!   Generally, this location does a good job. However, the last two times we've taken our cars here, they are working so slowly. My wife waited for the car in front of her for about an hour to get a standard oil change. Then the technicians didn't tighten all the nuts correctly for a cover under her car. I just watched the entire first half of a college basketball game while waiting for the car in front of me to be done. Valvoline "Instant" Oil Change feels like a really inaccurate name for this place.
