I asked why and literally was told they were waiting on parts for the car they are putting me behind and the the truck guy was here before me. So I asked when are you getting the parts and they had no idea. Thats my main complaint. I dont think Ive visited this location without having to move my vehicle to the other side, with people lined up behind me. I asked what happens if the truck gets done before the car waiting on parts, I was told I would have move again. I know its hard to control but their parking isnt big enough to back up and switch lanes.

After one vehicle departed and a new one arrived, the staff permitted the new arrival to proceed ahead of me. While they experienced a wait time of only ten minutes, I am still awaiting an oil change and the presence of management. I am deeply disappointed with the service and conduct I have experienced. I will update on the time I actually receive my oil change!
