- BJBen JNov 4, 20255.0I cannot say enough good things about the team here. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here when they were still Tireman. Randy, Nick, Steven, Lisa, and the other techs have always taken outstanding care with our cars. Recently I took my 2019 Ford Explorer in for a timing belt and water pump issue. There were some hiccups along the way due to faulty parts in stock (let me emphasize that this was NOT their fault, faulty parts received from supplier). The Techs here worked extremely hard to get my vehicle back on the road. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard word the team put in to my vehicle. I know it was a learning curve, but their professionalism and communication was top notch quality. I won't trust any other team with my vehicles. I'd rather them take a few extra days to make sure the job is done correctly, than rush through it like some other shops do just to "boost numbers". These guys care, and they show it. Thank you again Team for getting my vehicle back on the road!
