  This is a follow up review from previously posted review. I'm very grateful that Dunn Chevy Sales Manager called me back to rectify my problem. To me this is great customer service. He could have blown it off but he did not. When something. Is wrong I'll write about it That goes for when something goes right. As far as my sales person, Meagan Meyer was nothing but helpful! She was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to get me there. Thank you Meagan and Matt for taking numerous phone calls. I for one appreciated your attention to this matter.

  I bring all my company and personal vehicles here. Over 35k in work just the last two years. I simply call to ask questions. I get interrupted. Talked down on. Talked over. The lady in the body shop the attitude will not be tolerated. I will make sure to not conduct business with these people. Along with spreading the word to fellow commercial contractors in the area. I do not need a response or apology at this point.

  I tried to buy a new truck from them.. pre-approved for 45k loan. But they refused to order me a truck. Only sell what is on the lot.. short drive to bowling green resolved all my problems... why are You unwilling to order the exact truck I want? Its my investment! Thayer in bowling green ordered the exact truck that I need. 43k out the door. Why are you so difficult to work with? Why are the people that answer your phone so rude?? Seriously what is wrong with This place?? I now say a dumb deal is a dumb deal at dumb chevy buick
