My vehicle was dropped off at the scheduled time, and my husband waited on-site with our three children under the age of 10. Despite having an appointment, no work was started. After over 30 minutes of waiting, we were finally informed that they could not service the vehicle because it required a locking lug nut key - and they stated they do not have a universal key or the tools to remove locking lug nuts. This was not communicated when the vehicle arrived at 5:00, prior to booking the appointment nor during the extended wait time. Instead, we were informed around 5:30 PM, leaving no opportunity to resolve the issue before closing. We were sent home without service after rearranging work schedules, transportation, and family logistics. Additionally, Vans Tire Pro advertises the availability of rental vehicles, which was one of the reasons I chose this location. However, as with previous experiences at this location, no rental vehicle was available. Advertising services that are consistently unavailable is misleading. As a result of this experience, I lost time & income-wich i am continuing to loose as a delivery driver-and the ability to address a vehicle safety issue, as my tires are worn and require immediate replacement. Appointments should be honored, communication should be timely, and a professional tire shop should be equipped-or at least transparent-about common issues like locking lug nuts. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I will no longer be bringing any service here, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
