They went above and beyond to help my children and I get back on the road for our holiday travels after we got a flat tire. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean it, they did more than I could have ever asked, with kindness, grace, and understanding. I could not be more grateful to them and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

It took them 3 days to diagnose the vehicle and send the information to the warranty company. The guy Jason constantly lied to me about getting my vehicle in and getting it looked at and his position at the shop. On day 4 I had my vehicle towed to the dealership. It was diagnosed by the dealership and Tire choice auto misdiagnosed my vehicle to the warranty company causing a ton of confusion. To the point that the warranty company was accusing the dealership of lying and required video proof of the dealerships diagnosis. After submitting the video, it was clear that tire choice pro were the goofs. I will never return.
- SSSue SDec 3, 20251.0Place is a joke. Dropped my daughter's car off for a test to be done had her car for 2 days and never did the test. They did a physical exam but not the diagnostic test that was needed. A physical exam was already done. A diagnostic was needed for the warranty. Her car was never put in the computer system for the warranty. They never even called to tell her the findings or to pick up her car. I just happened to stop in. Got yhe keys and made an appointment for another place to actually do the diagnostic test. To say I was pissed is an understatement. The time and money in car sharing wasted because people can't do what was requested.
