  Jason and his crew are exceptional here at this shop. I needed a quick tire pressure check along with an inspection on tires. He got me in right away. The technician went over my vehicle very thoroughly and he was able to provide me a quote for some inexpensive tires, I will definitely come here in the near future for all of my automotive needs. Jason made me feel welcome but at the same time he was very eager to help and that is awesome customer service.

  Great place other stores wanted us to wait a week but they got us in the same day as called and did there best to saved a beloved Michelin tire that I had to accept died on road for us and replace with a used tire I brought ( some stores refuse to do that so they can charge for a new tire only policy) they did exactly what was asked if the from a disabled man and I appreciate them greatly!!!!!

  The worker at the desk the day I was there was so compassionate and kind I had a wonderful experience at tire choice unfortunately I don’t remember the service member’s name but he made the oil change and tire replacement experience pleasant thank you tire choice

  This place is ridiculous and needs to be shut down brought a vehicle in cuz it would not crank and told them we r pretty sure its the starter they had the car for three days and when we went to pick it they said they can’t figure out what’s wrong it and it was probably something electrical we brought it to another shop in Sandusky and within an hour we were told that when tire choice took the starter out to test it they didn’t put the bolts back in to secure it and on top of that they also broke the mounting clip for the housing on the transmission due to them damaging these parts the transmission had to be replaced after contacting corporate and after two months the shop was held responsible for paying for the damages during this time they refused to answer our calls and even refused to talk to corporate they just blamed us and said it was like that when they got it manager cussed at us when we asked what he did to the car completely unprofessional and entirely too expensive they aren’t even accredited by the bbb save ur time and money and DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE
