  One online to get a quote for 2 tires. The quote I received online yes was an estimated quote for two tires disposal and tire installation, total to be $235. I called and talked to them to make sure the tires were in stock and go over what they were going to do. Sent my wife in to get the tires and by the time she left ended up being $350. The two tires by themselves were only $154 so they're added fees and charges were more than two tires by double. Not happy at all.

  I never write reviews and I can’t stand a Karen but I am from about 2 hours away my wheel baring went out on Saturday morning i called and asked if they did that kind of work he assured me if I got my truck towed he would be able to get it Looked At within the hour and given the fact that it was Saturday and not many places were open I didn’t have many options so I spent $150 on a tow truck to have my truck towed three minutes up the road, They never got my truck on the lift that day to check it out and I understand things happen So I tried to keep an open mind. He assured me that he will have my truck in first thing Monday morning because they are not open Sunday, which was inconvenient because I needed to be back in my town to take my daughter to school and work Monday morning, so given the circumstances, I had to call off And call my daughter out of school. Monday came around and I still hadn’t heard anything from them by noon so I called up there and let them know that I had bad service so I wasn’t sure if they’ve tried to call me and it just didn’t go through or not. He said no we still haven’t gotten it on the lift And I asked him if he was going to be able to do it soon or if I should have another mechanic come take a look, and he assured me that he would be able to get it up there and looked at before the day ends and that there would be enough time to fix it if I wanted to go along with that. He didn’t call me back until 30 minutes before they close to let me know that it was going to be a 1400 job For a wheel bearing and a CV axle and that it wouldn’t be able to be done until tomorrow. I asked him to just set my key on the seat and I would be there in 20 minutes to pick up my truck And when I arrived, the keys were locked inside of my truck, and the place was closed up for the day. Absolutely do not come to tire choice even if it is your last resort, your vehicle is safer on the side of the road.

  Very disappointed with my visit I scheduled a time to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, when I called day of to make sure they had received my tires they said I was not in the schedule but said that they could get me in later so we scheduled a new time earlier in the day which was great but when I got there they told me it would be 90 minutes which I have never waited that long to get my tires done anywhere before. But they already had my tires and I had already driven 30 minutes so I decided to wait. I waited at least 135 minutes this was a huge waste of my time because of their poor time management. I will not be back.
