Hell NO -they did NOT! The ONLY cars they had was an OFF-ROAD jeep and a Mini-Van. Did the young woman offer anything?? Even an apology? An explanation? Why I didn’t even get a courtesy call saying they never reserved my car before traveling to pick it up? Hell no. Nothing. I’ve rented at Enterprise for years. They’ve become absolutely callous and UNRELIABLE!! Never again.
