    The customer service at this Enterprise was 5 star. Shandon took care of the car transactional setup, questions and concerns. The manager of the store did the pick up from my original location. They couldn’t have made it any easier to rent a car. I would definitely use this Enterprise again.

    Theres been two instances of this location having absolute crap cars. One was a van that needed serious alignment as it could not drive straight at all and was filthy. Now renting a car they lied to us saying the cracked window was written down and we come to find it wasnt in their report, (we had to swap it at our destination due tl this car ALSO having steering issues, so dam dangerous) not only that but the car STANK of weed. Absolutely disgusting. We wont be renting from here anymore and will drive farther to a rental company that actually has honest employees.

    The main issue at this location is the lunatic they have next door to enterprise. We were assaulted by some guy that came out of nowhere screaming at us after I dropped the key in the drop box. I believe this deranged person was from Miller auto and uhaul but not sure. This place says you can communicate with them through texts yet they never once replied and the billing was all messed up and I had to make several calls to fix this.
