For a simple oil change, they somehow managed to drain my transmission fluid (even though they told me the transmission was sealed and they couldn't even check levels). They showed me the fluid and said I only had 1-1/2 quarts of oil in the crankcase AND that my engine had water in it. (Even though they never even SAW my engine oil!) THEN, they added 5 quarts of oil to an almost already full crankcase. All this cost me more than $1000 to remediate.
