  Nice store guy was very helpful but did not have the touch up paint I needed for the Kia Soul ended up going to dealer.

  They deleted my detailed review with everyone’s name. But I will be writing again! If I could give 0stars I would! They gave me the wrong brakes. My mechanic told me if I was to drive with them they would slip out. I called the store and spoke with the manger which I believe was John but I could be wrong because again my review was deleted. He was nonchalant about the situation and made excuses for the employees. No apology no nothing and very rude, I asked for the corporate number. I spoke with Jess in corporate which I only know her name for sure because she left me a voice mail. She also was nonchalant about the situation and could not help, well didn’t want to!. Then has the audacity to ask me “ what do you want them for free” WHICH I never said or IMPLIED! I just wanted some care which they lack a lot of! I’m big on customer service I’m not really pissed until someone doesn’t try to fix the problem in their position and that was done! This is my life on the line when your employees mess up! I could have been in real danger if my break did fall out because they put LE on my Toyota Rav 4 instead of XLE! They need to be caution and pay attention and listen closely to customers because this was a horrible “ mistake” that could lead to my life being gone! Then to not care was wild. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. I will write this review everytime it’s deleted because people need to know the lack of care, compassion, and “ mistakes” they make. DO BETTER!

  Excellent service by James on Sunday. He helped me purchase and put on a windshield wiper after mine snapped off. Thanks for the great customer service!
