    Dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be done by noon the next day. I called around 4pm thinking I had maybe missed a call that it was done. They said it would be done by 5:30. I called at 6:45 not done. Try literally anywhere else.

    If you only need half the job done, this is your place!! I left my car for an oil change, alignment check, and tire rotation. No tire rotation at all. The windshield wiper fluid it empty. The low air indicator is still on. I have no idea if they even opened the hood of my car. Invoice 242919. This is terrible, no wonder there is no customer service line or contact us on their web page

    Been here twice so far, once with a Jetta years ago, and once on Saturday with a Volvo XC60. I had ordered tires from a 3rd party and decided to have them delivered here for install. I dealt with the store manager (Ben I believe) and he was very friendly, accommodating (didn’t have an install appt). He got me set the same day and everything exceeded expectations. Double checked the wheel torque after 30 miles and all is good. Would highly recommend this place well above others in the area.
