  I visited north ridgeville auto zone on Thursday March 19,2026 and was helped by a terrific guy whose name was Bill! Without hesitantly he helped me to choose the correct battery for my 2020 Toyota Corolla! He went over possible battery choices and was very knowledgeable and kind! He promptly replaced my older battery with the new one! Thanks 😊 Bill for your kind,professional service on this day

  Jessie and Carter were amazingly helpful at the North Olmsted location. The location is awesome and everyone should come here. I wasn’t expecting the service I got and I’m very thankful. Please give these guys a raise!!

  Truly the best (out of the many) auto parts stores in North Ridgeville!! Trinita, the manager, was so helpful and understanding. She was friendly and kind to everyone she interacted with. I was shocked she even helped me install my wiper blades in the snow! Always a great experience here. 10/10!

  Very unwelcoming call with Dillion. He explained how he has been treated racially by called a cracker. He was very unprofessional. I called from work & my job has the call recorded if upper management is unable to pull our call and would like to listen to it.
