I paid $185 for an oil change and air filters which is fine HOWEVER when the assistant manager had to remove a screw to access my cabin air filter, he refused to put it back and actually threw it on the ground. That is beyond unprofessional. Cars are people’s investments, and this location clearly has no respect for customers or their vehicles. If the assistant manager can’t handle basic professionalism, how can anyone trust them with bigger repairs? In small talk you mentioned you had a fiancé and if someone did that to her I’m sure you wouldn’t accept it. Integrity and respect should be the minimum standard, and this shop failed TODAY.
