I was highly appreciative that they weren't pushy on the other products, they informed me that they can do these things and that it was my choice without any overselling. I appreciate that. It went extremely quickly I was in and out in minutes.

- LJLillian JonesDec 30, 20251.0If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. To keep this short, I went in for an oil change on 12/20/25. Five minutes after my departure, my engine coolant light came on and car was leaking coolant from the bottom. After contacting customer service, the manager came to my location to tell me they didn’t have coolant, but also brought along a water bottle and an Arizona tea can with coolant to get me home; while I’m still not understanding why my car is leaking coolant why wouldn’t anyone tell me they were out of coolant since they usually top off the basics during an oil change. Anyway, the coolant leaked all out and I had to get towed. When speaking to customer service they told me they would reimburse me for the tow and have the manager contact me. I’ve never heard back from that manager and was informed by customer service he closed the case after no other follow-up or resolution when he was emailed that the little coolant he brought to my location still leaked out. Sounds like someone didn’t want to take accountability for messing up my car. Customer service has been nice, but I have yet to hear back from their area manager on this issue. My husband has pictures and video of coolant literally running out the bottom of my vehicle. This is not ok!
