    Very disappointed they told me my engine was blown and I didn't have any oil in my car but I did I drove it in there it was fine so they had me leave with a messed up engine.

    Well let me just say " VICKIE was very professional and understanding from the door. She knows her business , I'm glad I choose this location.She contacted SilverRock regarding my car problems right away and Andy was the representative that took the call that day, both Vickie and Andy took care of business that day . I had a new battery put in the the car I just purchased from DRIVE TIME. My 30 days aren't up yet , I'm being optimistic I have to return to Tire Choice for a leak under the hood next week. I'll let you know how that turns out next week. So far SilverRock Extended Warranty Service is worth a piece of mind.
