  I'm usually very satisfied, however the last 2 oil changes, I had to return immediately: 1. For not getting my tires inflated (about 2 minutes down the street, my tire sensor in my car showed all the same numbers as before I went, each tire was different.) I went back, and they did apologize for neglecting to make sure it was done. Each guy stated they thought the other guy had taken care of my tires. 2. I just got the oil change on Saturday, I left, and again about 2 minutes after driving around the corner, realized I didn't get my Invoice printout/Service Sheet and had to go back. He realized the printer was jammed, he fixed it, provided my printout, and apologized. These guys are always very friendly and respectful. However, they have not been very thorough or focused. If he'd paid a little closer attention, he would've discovered the printout was not provided to give to me before I left. Also, they tend to joke around with each other maybe a little too much. Just please admonished them to pay more closer attention to details. They would be focused enough to catch their errors, and ultimately save the customers on their valuable time, and from frustrating inconveniences. Thank you for listening!

  When I was presented with additional services I asked to have my tires rotated. The tech took the time to determine if the tire rotation was necessary and suggested that I didn't need the rotation at this time since the tires were so new. What a refreshing experience. I will be back.

  I had an outstanding experience at this Valvoline location and felt it was worth recognizing. Mike, the manager, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer engagement from start to finish. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in leading a well-organized operation. The team executed the service quickly without compromising quality, and the overall environment was welcoming and customer-focused. As someone who travels frequently for work and gets oil changes on a regular basis, I can confidently say this location stands out above the others I’ve visited. Mike and his crew went above and beyond expectations, delivering a seamless and positive experience. Keep up the great work—your effort and attention to detail do not go unnoticed.
