  Great experience at this shop! I had to get a flat tire replaced, and Joshua went above and beyond to help me out. His service was top-notch, and he made the whole insurance process very easy. If you need tire service, ask for Joshua!

  Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to the check-in process and the service appointment. Very professional, courteous and affordable auto shop. Will definitely use again for future auto repair needs

  The guys at the shop are great! The service is fast and professional. Every tire I have had mounted in the last 5 years have been done by them and all of them in the future. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smile and usually before you can even get settled in a chair they are done. I've got more tires to be done and they will all go here to be mounted Thank you very much gentlemen!

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice in North Olmsted! They got me an appt quickly, and made the drop off process easy enough that I was able to do it on my 30 minute lunch break from work. Josh was very pleasant and helped answer my questions and concerns. I really am not a car person and tend to put things off, but Josh was honest and fair! My car was done the same day, & for a fair price!! I will for sure be going back! 10/10! Good job guys! Thank you!!

  "I always bring my vehicle to this auto service center because I trust them completely. I recently had a total brake failure, my brake lines were rusted and blown out, leaving me with no brakes at all. I know that this kind of brake lines replacement requires high-tech equipment and advanced technical skill, and they handled it perfectly. It was a scary situation, but the manager Joshua Lackey was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as usual. He was so reassuring as he explained exactly why I needed the two new lines, the two rear hoses, and a full system flush. His thorough approach really put me at ease. My car stops perfectly now and the pedal feels solid. If Google allowed me to leave more than one review for a business, I would definitely do it for this place. If you want honest, high-quality work from a team that actually cares about your safety, this is the place to go.
