She parked in the lot in the gas station next door, before she got into your store she witnessed the heavy odor or Marijuana coming from one of open doors. She also heard laughter coming from inside the shop from a female and loud music from a car already inside, my wife walked away and so upset, it took me some time to calm her down. WHAT KIND OF OPERATION ARE YOU RUNNING??? You have just lost a potential client and possibly others. I hope this not happening at other locations.

I explained how my brakes were reacting and how scary it was feeling like I wasn't going to stop. He set me up with a 9am appointment for the next day but before sending me on my way he checked the brake fluid level and added quite a bit to the reservoir. I made it home and back to his shop safely the next day. After lifting the car he was able to tell me what the issues were - back brake lines had rusted and the front brakes were terribly worn. Josh explained exactly what has wrong and how they were fixing the issues and the approximate cost. I remained at the shop and overheard many conversations that Josh was having with customers. He was polite, he was knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to each customer. I , for sure,will go back to Tire Service when my car needs servicing.
