  Had to get a one of my tire valves replaced. They were quick, so friendly, and kind. Will definitely be coming back for any other of my car needs!

  These folks don't just treat you as a customer but as a highly valued customer from day 1. Went needing a tire mounted on to a wheel. My plan was get the tire mounted and I could swap out the do it at home. Even though they had a car in the air in two other bays, they stopped said they would gladly do all the job. In less than 15 minutes the car was in, up and down. Fully mounted balanced and on the car! I have 9 more tires to be mounted and all of them I will take here Well done! Customer service at its finest!

  Great guys. Had a tire blow out at 630, close at 7. Every other tire shop said maybe tomorrow. They understood the problem and squeezed me in. New tire, balanced on my way before 7. Thanks for being problem solvers

  I was traveling from another city and hit a pothole on the highway and caused a flat tire and Josh was able to help me with replacing it and getting me back on the road.Thank you so much!!

  I really wanted to give a good review, but I can't. I called this morning for a oil change and a tire rotation. The rotation was very important to me because the tires on my Jeep are new and I need proof that they were rotated for the tire warranty. I specifically asked for the tires to be rotated when I dropped the Jeep off. How did I find out and prove the tires were not rotated? I marked the tires and took photos of the tires beforehand. I was told that the technician had a reason not to rotate the tires. Fine. I should have been told this when I was called or when I picked up my car. It's an issue of trust. The reason why I mark my tires? From experience. That's the shame. The manager is a friendly guy. Perhaps it was a mistake, I don't know. I hope that they learn from this. They did rotate the tires and this made for an uncomfortable experience. Let the car owner make the decision on their vehicle. How do I know my oil was changed? I don't. It's a matter of trust. I would have drove off thinking my tires were rotated. How do I know the safety check was completed? I don't. How do I know the oil filter was changed? I don't. This Jeep Grand Cherokee is a extremely expensive vehicle. I paid $94.94 for the oil change and tire rotation. Did I get what I paid for? I don't know. I will not be back.
