- AAAbu5 days ago1.0⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed I paid $2,200 at NTB for four new tires, an alignment, brakes, rotors, and calipers, and my vehicle is still swerving hard to the right. On top of that, there are parts hanging underneath my car and pieces actively falling off, which is completely unacceptable after this level of repair. I have brought my car back to this location three days in a row, and despite the store being empty with no customers, both the workers and the manager keep telling me they “can’t fix it” or “can’t see me.” No real diagnosis, no solution, and no urgency. At this point, I believe the damaged or missing part should be ordered and replaced, especially considering the amount of money I’ve already spent and the fact that this issue started after their service. Instead, I’ve been given excuses and turned away repeatedly. This situation has become unsafe. My wife drives our children to school in this vehicle, and she no longer feels safe driving it. That is unacceptable after spending $2,200 on repairs that were supposed to fix these issues. I also noticed that I did not receive the advertised discount that NTB promotes on its website for services like these. Between the unresolved mechanical issues, the lack of accountability, and the poor customer service, I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed of my money and my time. I am requesting contact from a store supervisor or NTB customer care specialist immediately. The service and customer service at this location have been horrible, and this needs to be escalated.
