  This is the best of the best for foreign cars. Very reliable very knowledgeable and affordable. I’ve been using them for several years and they never failed. Maria and Michael run a very good service.

  They seem to want you to 100% trust them bc theyve been in business for 40+ years. The number of times that was thrown in my face when actual answers would have been appropriate is astounding. My car has an electrical issue affecting the engine. They physical engine is fine. I know cars. I no longer have the time or physical ability to work on my own cars. 2 shops ruled out all other potential explanations, but they dont do electric work/work on cars older than 10yrs. I called this place with a simple yes/no question which went unanswered: do you work on engine computer modules. Instead they wanted to know what the car was doing. I told them and they denied that it could possibly be what it definitely is, and told me theyd need to scan it. Now Ive had scans. Ive scanned the thing to the fullest extent available by any shop that doesnt do computer modules. So I asked what the scan specifically was that he wanted to run. He just kept barking at me "idk what to tell you this is what needs to happen." Okay... well Im not trying to repeat work so let's find out if it already HAS happened. Let me email you the diagnostic report. Let's 3way call the other shop. "Oh well idk anything abt xyz shop' YEAH I DONT EXPECT YOU TO so can I get you that information from them? It was an interruption fest. The amount of effort I spent trying to get him to let me speak was insane. If you know this man personally and he's married please help her bc it was a ceaseless berating of him not answering a single damb question and just interrupting me to low key insult me for not wanting to spend money and not understanding how they do things. Im sure he's worse in private. I cannot imagine a single honest way these guys have stayed in business if they don't even know what scan theyll be running. Idc if they do good work if they're not capable of doing the RIGHT work. I couldnt run from the prospect of this place fast enough. I would sincerely recommend anyone considering them do the same. Ive worked with a lot of shops as someone who maintains their cars into very high mileage, and this level of coercive incompetence was a profound first.

  I hope these folks are so busy that they don’t feel the need to call back or follow up. Good for them if that’s true. I stopped on Tuesday or Wednesday, asked for an estimate from the owner, fluid changes, plugs. Michael said he would call me. 3 days later, Saturday,….no call , so I tried again, he took all the information again, apologized, said he would call that afternoon. No call back… I left a voicemail to see if they were interested in doing the service. A full week later, they call back and quoted for Plugs Radiator flush Transmission flush Rear differential flush $ 1150 plus tax Wow, just wow. I don’t think I’ve written many reviews, or anything negative, but the follow through and pricing seems pretty poor

  Mr C probably remembers the time we took my X5M for a ride... I certainly do... The most terrifying vehicle experience ever and I was a passenger in my own car.... This guy attacked the 480 ramps I can't disclose the MPH... I could never do it cuz of the high center of gravity but he had no problem with it and was amused at my clear uncomfortability... To understate...
