  I used to really like this Enterprise location, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On December 23 around 5:00 pm, I rented a car at the North Olmsted location. I am 73 years old. The employee assisting me repeatedly pressured me to purchase optional damage insurance even after I clearly said no several times and explained I could not afford it. He told me it would “just be taken from the deposit.” Feeling rushed, I signed just to leave. When I got home, I tried to address this through Enterprise chat, but the location was already closed. The next day, my bank flagged fraudulent activity on my debit card and shut it down. While I am not accusing Enterprise of causing this, the timing raised concerns about the security of my payment information since the card had just been used there. Despite everything, I was later told I needed to provide an additional $300 deposit, which I found unreasonable. Optional insurance should not be pressured on customers. This experience caused unnecessary stress and changed my view of a location I previously trusted.

  Make sure you read the fine print when they have you initial each area. They charged me a extra $9 a day equaling $214 They gave me a huge SUV for the size of a large family when it was only me using the vehicle. I called customer service and made it for a replay. They said, call store manager store manager told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to ask for the store manager, which was Sean. He pretty much said we will not refund the $214. He said we have your initials. I said, you have my initial that we walked around the car and that is something Sarah did not do with me but still had me initial. That was the only vehicle they had available and Sarah did not make it clear that I would be charged extra. The leary of what you're signing.

  Love NO Enterprise! They go the extra mile (pun intended)! Always get a clean car with plenty of windshield washer fluid. Other rentals company’s in NO can’t compare!!!

  Brought an updated bill, this was not good enough for Ainsleigh, the lady behind the counter. Don’t waste your time with this rental car company. They look for reasons to turn you down. I’ve had success with other enterprise locations in this area. All it takes is for one person on a power trip, and you’ll be here stranded like Ainsleigh did to me. I literally went to another enterprise location on the same day, and was not denied. Skip this location and go to the one in North Olmsted. When I pointed out I rented a car with enterprise 2 weeks ago, Ansleigh said “I guess I’m a bit more of a stickler for the rules.”
