I was in need of a rental for an uncertain period of time due to my vehicle being in the shop, and the team at enterprise made the entire process seamless and painless. I also ended up getting a nail in the tire of the rental car a few weeks after I picked up from Enterprise and tried to call an Enterprise closer to my home for convenience sake to swap the tire out. The employee I spoke with made it clear they did not want to concern themselves with this issue, which is understandable because I did not rent the car from that location. I decided to call the North Olmsted location and Sean immediately recalled me by my name and a bit of context and was extremely accommodating and wanted to get the tire situated. I returned to that location that evening, and the crew at North Olmsted had a new SUV cleaned (spotless), gassed, and ready to go for me. I was in need of a rental due to a valet personal crashing my car, right around the holidays and in the heart of winter. What I fully expected to be a drawn out and aggravating experience was quickly alleviated by superb customer service, communication, and commitment. 10/10 recommend the team in North Olmsted and I am extremely appreciative of their service.
