  Great dealership. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. A Azar has been my service advisor and he is a great asset to General RV. He is the guy that goes the extra mile for his customers.. As for some shitty workmanship from the factory Mr Azar made sure everything was top notch when it came to warranty work Thank you General RV and A Azar.

  The buying experience was good. The Sales people are fine, no complaints there. This establishment needs to work on the presentation. Just do what you promised and what is expected from your type of establishment and clean the RVs properly ( inside, outside, the drawers, and tanks etc). Then fill up the gas tank as promised. None of that was done. My husband bought a used RV and was told to pick it up in a week, because it recently came in as a trade and they were going to have it cleaned and order some marker lights that weren't working. He was told when it was ready they would have it filled up with gas and propane tanks filled etc. You know the basic things they offer, when buying a used RV. Needless to say when it was picked up, there was less than a quarter tank of gas. Damn near empty. I told my husband that he should say something and maybe they would make it right, but he is hard headed and didn't say anything. Also, when we got it home, it was filthy and disgusting! Whoever cleans these RVs needs to be trained properly or fired. There were mice turds in the drawers. This is basic cleaning and it was not done. They didn't even lift up the couch cushions. There was hair and food and filth under the cushions. Absolutely gross! This is a used RV and we understand this but when you pay $40,000+ at least sweep the drawers and remove the mouse turds. We of course will do our own cleaning but this showed us that the basic and courteous cleaning we are supposed to get, wasn't done or half assed! In addition to all that, the RV had this odd smell and we couldn't figure it out at first. Well needless to say, the black tank was not flushed properly and you would think this is something they would do. We went and flushed it properly and treated it ourselves. Which helped and we don't smell that odd odor as much.

  I had a great experience overall with General RV. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Christina did a fantastic job walking me through the RV tour—she was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Carter, my salesperson, was outstanding—kind, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brian, the technician, was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Patsy in finance for making that part of the process easy and seamless. I’m very happy with my new RV and truly appreciate the great team that made this experience so positive.

  From the moment we walked in the door to picking up our new RV 2 days later I could not recommend General RV enough. I went Thursday to look at a used RV, Rusty was very patient as I looked at about 8 total. I brought my husband back up later that day and we found the new we loved which was not even one I looked at earlier that day. In an hrs time we set up our delivery date for 2 days later. Our show thru guy Bill was very thorough and paid attention to details we wouldn't have thought of. He showed us where Service was and explains how our first appt would go. Nothing I've seen any other where else. Our fiance guy Marty was a hoot and so easy to work with and honest up front. We met David H who thanked us and introduced himself before we left. I will recommend General RV to all of my friends and family. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

  Was trading in my unit I just bought at the Medina dealership, that never left the lot, because I saw another unit I liked from the North Ridgeville dealership. They said they would have to do a trade in and offered my half of what I paid for it.... and again it never left the lot in Medina. I know business is business and I was willing to pay something for me changing my mind but that was absolutely insulting and downright messed up. The Medina dealership was a good experience but the North Ridgeville dealership I will never do business with them. If they are going to screw over a customer that bought from a sister dealership just think what they would do to someone new. I wish I could give negative stars. I will be spreading my experience throughout social media.
