  Some of the people working there have NO business doing they do, potentially causing damage. One female fumbled around with the oil filter forever. First couldn't get it off then couldn't the new one on. Must have been 10 minutes each time. I know this because it is located right in plain sight from the driver seat. When I asked if there was a problem, I got "No, it just screws on and off" Yeah, right. DUH. Didn't ask where I wanted the tire pressure, didn't inspect the wipers, DID NOT OPEN THE AIR FILTER COMPARTMENT AT ALL. I didn't think about it until after and had to go to AutoZone and buy one there because it was so black. This also means they have NEVER CHANGED OR EVEN CHECKED IT. Oil is always changed there. My daughter drives this vehicle and it doesn't occur to her to ask, and she shouldn't have to. This time I took it. On top of everything else, this same person was training someone new who was looking a list of what to do next when she left him alone so she could walk around and not correctly do the necessary job at hand. I don't fault him. At least he was trying to be thorough. She just left him and only came back to give the receipt. The hood was closed and I was told all done. No one showed me the oil level. I had to ask. The whole ridiculous adventure took over a hour. They were busy and NOT paying any attention to detail. Wiped the hood but oil all over it after. I have never witnessed anything like it. And all that for over $100. I will never go back there with any of our three vehicles. The convenience is not worth the ineptitude. Called customer service and the person I spoke to offered a 50% coupon. Haha...so that's basically a bunch of nothing but 5 quarts of oil for only 60.00 and the stress of wondering if the oil filter will blow off. Gee thanks.

Didn't ask where I wanted the tire pressure, didn't inspect the wipers, OBVIOUSLY DID NOT OPEN THE AIR FILTER COMPARTMENT AT ALL...   The customer service that was given was great. They met me in the lot and introduced themselves. The young man that checked me in, then changed the oil was fantastic. Everyone was great, but he was exceptional! I was in and out. Price was great as well. Highly recommend Vavoline Instant Oil Change in North Canton!

  The tech that did my oil change failed to wipe the oil off my truck from where he drained it and mow i have a 6 inch spot on my driveway. And another smaller one from the second time I got home. I know oil can get on parts of the truck as it drains and can be a pain. But its just plain lazy and not taking pride in your work. Done places clean the area with brake cleaner or wipe off the oil from parts the drained oil gets on. Just plain lazy and poor work ethic. I'll think about this and time and money I had to spend to buy de greaser and clean my driveway. Do better and be better.
