  My friend dropped her car off at 9am, started calling at 3pm and kept calling every half hour until 4:45 pm to then come down and find out they decided to take an early day and say absolutely nothing. Not to mention after being told an inspection was $75 and then somehow that was wrong and now it's $150. And let's not forget about her driving it down here on Monday with no power steering for the guy to tell her he has to reschedule for Thursday and then they pull this shit. DO NOT COME HERE

  Had a flat tire while driving. I pulled into Mr. TIRE very late in afternoon. Manager found my tires in stock and said they could change out a set of four new tires immediately before they closed. Great service. I was back on the road within an hour

  I scheduled to get 4 new tires several days in advance. I arrived and waited almost 15 minutes before someone came out. The phone kept ringing the whole time. Someone eventually came out and when I said about the appointment he said I'd have to re-schedule. I asked if he meant later that day. He then told me he didn't have the tires I requested so I'd have to come back another day anyways. The worst part was he said he tried to call me earlier to tell me. I could have pulled out my phone and proved he didn't call, but if he's going to lie about something like that, I know that I can't trust him for anything important.

  I called this shop to schedule an oil change appointment because I noticed a great sale. They confirmed the appointment and the discounted price with me over the phone. The next day at my appointment they told me that they could not give me the discount that I was asking for. It was so disappointing and this business seems very untruthful to me. They also were extremely slow about the oil change. I will not ever return due to the lack of truth here.

  I purchased tires 4,500 miles ago. They have been balanced multiple times but still having issues. I am paying someone else to balance them now. That is not the biggest issue. The fact you call and get an answering service. They spend time asking you questions that if you actually call the store all they would have to do look up your name. Now with that Mr. Tire believes they are saving money by not having an additional adviser working to answer phones Wrong. Also some idiot removed the coffee pot in the waiting room. Mr. Tire you will soon be out of business. Prove me wrong. Stop looking at numbers corporate.
