My appointment was for 11:00 a.m. When I got there at 11:00 a.m. I had to wait to be seen, then I found out that they did not have my oil filter in stock because it was a newer vehicle, but the filter didn't arrive till an hour or so later. So it took 2 hours of my time on my day off of work and the only reason I was nice about it was because the manager had a migraine and was forced to come to work because there was no replacement available. So I gave 3 stars because I am giving them the benefit of a warned down tired and weary manager. Hopefully the next visit will be quicker and they will have my filter in stock. The manager was actually pretty nice considering working through a migraine. I hopefully just came on an off day.

Original review: Called before hand to let them know that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Explained that I knew I was near needing new tires, but right now just needed them rotated. Said the same when I arrived for service. Both times I was told, “We will take care of that for you” When the service was done and paid for went to my van to find the tires NOT rotated. Went back in, at which point the service manager said something to the effect of “Well it should have been done, but if they are at 4/32 or less we won’t rotate them” Walked out in disgust, still needing tires rotated, but knowing an argument was a waste of time. Note: previous service (6000 miles before was excellent)
