  From the moment we walked in the door to picking up our new RV 2 days later I could not recommend General RV enough. I went Thursday to look at a used RV, Rusty was very patient as I looked at about 8 total. I brought my husband back up later that day and we found the new we loved which was not even one I looked at earlier that day. In an hrs time we set up our delivery date for 2 days later. Our show thru guy Bill was very thorough and paid attention to details we wouldn't have thought of. He showed us where Service was and explains how our first appt would go. Nothing I've seen any other where else. Our fiance guy Marty was a hoot and so easy to work with and honest up front. We met David H who thanked us and introduced himself before we left. I will recommend General RV to all of my friends and family. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

  Was trading in my unit I just bought at the Medina dealership, that never left the lot, because I saw another unit I liked from the North Ridgeville dealership. They said they would have to do a trade in and offered my half of what I paid for it.... and again it never left the lot in Medina. I know business is business and I was willing to pay something for me changing my mind but that was absolutely insulting and downright messed up. The Medina dealership was a good experience but the North Ridgeville dealership I will never do business with them. If they are going to screw over a customer that bought from a sister dealership just think what they would do to someone new. I wish I could give negative stars. I will be spreading my experience throughout social media.

  1st time RV purchaser, which can be overwhelming, but the team at General RV made the experience simple and smooth. Rusty, was my sales rep and he showed me the RVs I was interested in and another that he believed would fit my needs, he was not pushy, he was straight forward and helpful explaining pros and cons of the models I looked at. Jared and Marty were both great walking me through the finance part of the purchase, making sure I got what I needed without upselling things I did not. Robert in Parts got me set up with a brake controller unit for my vehicle so I will be safe on the road. Janetta was fantastic with her walk thru of the RV, explaining all the systems, making sure I did not have questions, and the ones I did, got me straightened out so my questions were answered. She also introduced me to my Service Advisor Chris, who again made sure I understood what he did and how he was there to help with my service needs. The experience was fantastic and I am now a 1st timer with a great used GeoPro! Cannot wait for warmer weather and the adventures to begin!

  We drove 3 hours to pick up our travel trailer and couldn’t be more happy. It was actually nicer than the pictures showed. The price was reasonable for what we got. And the customer service was wonderful. Dave was informative and very helpful. Marty made the finance part painless and was very personable. We look forward to working with them in the future.

  The employees at General RV Center were exceptionally kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family, ensuring that every question was answered and every need was met with genuine care. Their welcoming attitude immediately put me at ease and made the entire process enjoyable. They took the time to patiently explain every detail, no matter how small, and were always available to offer guidance or assistance whenever I needed it. I truly appreciated how they listened carefully to my concerns and tailored their recommendations to fit my specific situation. It was clear that they genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision. The level of attention and support I received exceeded all my expectations, and I left feeling confident and grateful for having chosen General RV Center.
