I first contacted General RV during the summer and their regional sales rep, Tom Schuelen reached out to me and explained the process and guided me on the types of RV's and their advantages as well as disadvantages. Unfortunately, I decided to purchase my RV somewhere else, primarily due to price and availability. After the purchase I reached out to Tom and expressed gratitude and explained that I will definitely come back to him for a future purchase or trade-in. It must have been fate because just a few weeks later I was unhappy with my motor coach for several reasons, primarily the dealership and how they handled my situation. Shortly after, I went on to General RV's website and found a motor coach that I had wanted from the very beginning, a Berkshire 45A XLT. Within a few minutes I reached out to Tom and began the process of a trade-in. The RV was located in North Canton, Ohio and their sales rep, Kristina Good reached out to me and took all of my information and answered all of my questions. Kristina is courteous, thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable about her RV's and how to find the right fit for families. General RV of North Canton Ohio treated my son and I with professionalism, kindness and patience. From my previous RV experience and in comparison the experience felt like being in Disney World. They took my previous RV in and spent time explaining/ demonstrating the Berkshire. I was introduced to every department of their dealership. All of the folks were courteous and professional. I want to thank Kristina in sales, Marty from finance (thank you for the rate and great trade-in), Bill from delivery/ demo, Chris who is a sales manager there and Tom Schuelen for their help, understanding and professionalism. They gave me a great deal financially but most of all they gave me a peace of mind throughout the experience and purchase which is priceless. Purchasing a motor home can be exhausting but it should also be a fulfilling experience. General RV of North Canton has been above expectations and I recommend them to anyone looking for a RV purchase, please reach out to Kristina Good there. - DFdebbie fishelDec 20, 20255.0I want to give an employee a huge shoutout! Robert Beavers in the parts department is top notch! We went in looking for parts for our fifth wheel. We knew what we wanted but didn’t think we had the specific measurements once we got to looking. He went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer then the seller of the equipment to ensure we would get exactly what we needed. We communicated via email ensuring measurements were correct and he got them ordered for us. Then the parts came in. The packaging was in shambles and we had no idea if anything was missing and one of the pieces appeared damaged. We refused the package an d again, he didn’t hesitate. He contacted the seller and got a replacement going for us. Once it arrived he checked it himself and ensured us that everything was as it was supposed to be. Throughout our experience, he took his time with us and never made us feel pressured or pushed. His patience, kindness and attention to detail is beyond anything we’ve experienced since joining the RV industry. General RV, I truly hope you know what a treasure you have in Robert.
