  i went in the other day and what im guessing is the general manager steven threatened to fire his employe infrount of a bunch of customers and accused one of stealing with no proof very unprofessional and i wont be going there now that there best employees are gone would be a great place if he steven wasn’t there

  Noah has a great understanding of anything car!! He is professional, friendly and an all around good guy!! Gabe the mechanic did a fantastic job on my frozen caliper pin!! These guys need a raise!! You need to make sure they both stay on and don't look elsewhere! Thanks again guys!

  The technicians were knowledgeable, reliable, And complete the job while I waited. I explained everything thoroughly and went over all any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend!

  Had it there for 4 tire mount and balance and an alignment, Alignment took 2 attempts, had to reschedule at different location, still awaiting refund

  I’d give it negative stars if it would let me. Booked my appointment online for 2:30 on 2/28/2026. Dropped my car off, they informed me they were down an employee for the day and it would be a little bit. I called to check on my car at 4:30 and they told me it would be done in about an hour. I got a call an hour later telling me they don’t have my tires in stock, that their online system doesn’t know what they have and those tires could be at any store in Ohio. I called corporate and corporate responded by offering me a 50 dollar service certificate. Why would I want a service certificate when they can’t even get putting on tires right. Probably take it in for an oil change and they tell me they don’t have oil for my car. Save yourself the hassle, poor management overall. Should’ve checked to make sure the tires were there before I ever left.
