  I'm on my second resign and even when busy and understaffed extremely polite and helpful I have had the same car for 2 months and have been very happy with them

  It was low to the ground and hard to get in or out of and was a little smelly and stained seats. It got us to Chicago and back so that's good. Very easy to book online and pick up and go!

  My car had to be sent to a local body shop in Granville. I didnt have rental car coverage on my policy and had to pay out of pocket. I signed up online at a discounted rate. At the time of the return I noticed I was billed a higher amount, because at the time of the delivery, they did not enter the Insurance claim number. This made them bill me at retail rates instead of the insurance-discounted rates. I then contacted their management team and they were able to honor their discounted rates and refunded the amount to the credit card. My only complaint is that they could not give me a timeline and I had to make multiple calls. Here is an objective breakdown 1. Booking process mostly done online - easy and smooth Rating 5/5 2. Car Pickup- shuttle service provided from body shop to rental agency- shuttle driver very pleasant- shuttle car clean and well maintained Rating 5/5 3. Paper work: Insurance claim number missed out- likely a mistake, but it caused a lot of problems at the back end Rating 3/5 4. Condition of Rental Car- Fairly new car had around 8K miles, well maintained, very clean and washed before delivery. Rating 5/5 5. Renewal process- I had to renew I think at least 4 times because of delays from the body shop- very easy renewal, they went out of their way to accommodate and help out. Rating 5/5 6. Return process: I left the car at the body shop- they took care of everything else- very convenient, they respected my time. Outstanding service Rating 5/5 7. Billing: they charged me retail rates when I was supposed to get insurance discount due to claim number not being entered. This was resolved to my satisfaction; however I had to make multiple phone calls and that took away from the experience. But they eventually resolved it. Rating 3/5 Overall- very pleased with service- Rating 5/5.

  This location employees are some of the nicest friendly faces I’ve seen in Newark, Ohio. I have never had a bad experience or vibe. They are accommodating very easy going and they definitely strive to make you happy and comfortable in the car that fits you. They check in on you see how you are doing how your rental is going and if you need anything they are a phone call away! I would not care to rent any other company in Newark. And they get you checked in and on your way swiftly. Even during a busy time they are greeting you apologizing for the wait and keeping hard at work.
