    The employees were incredible. I literally came from Heath over to Newark because I always go to the 21st store because of the service I receive there! This visit did not disappoint. I needed new wipers and they replaced them with ease, then they checked my cabin air filter (which turned out to be more difficult than they first anticipated) but they persisted! Then when they didn’t have the correct cabin air filter for my car, they sent one employee down the street to autozone to get it! They stayed open late to take care of me, joked and laughed with me the whole time, gave me a discount for the multiple services I got, and even gave me a heads up that I have a gas leak starting! I can’t express how great they were. I worked retail for many years and I have never seen a team so willing to help a customer and stay open for them after hours to do so. I will only ever go to this valvoline because of the consistent, incredible workers they have there!!

    Won't go back they didn't check my dipstick said it was stuck but another place I stopped by after had no issue then said I had major oil leak and trans leak again lies ha dit at another shop no issues won't be going back there ever and this was only place I ever used
