  Paganis is awesome! Even though their phones were down.. Tracy Roy and Bobby did an amazing job of looking my hit and run situation over and getting me scheduled quickly! Thank You Tracy, Roy and Bobby!

  Following a collision with a deer, one of the body shops recommended by our car insurance was Pagani's Downtown Car Care. There were body shops closer to where we live, but Pagani's had great reviews. This is another one. From my initial phone call to Tracy to schedule a time for Roy, the estimator, to take a look at my car at their location, I was treated with professionalism and respect from the start. Long story short, the communication and overall experience with Pagani's was thorough and professional. My vehicle is an older model car, and yet they were able to source parts and repair the damage to the extent that my car looks absolutely amazing. Please let your technicians know how impressed and amazed we were with their workmanship when we picked up our car. You clearly employ the best technicians in the business. I was also surprised to see that my car had been cleaned, inside and out, when I picked it up. Talk about customer service! Last but not least, Bobby Pagani went over and above to make sure we had a professional and customer focused experience - I can't say enough about this business. First Class all the way! Bottom line is, if you're looking for a professional and respected business to provide quality collision and auto body service to your vehicle, I highly recommend Pagani's Downtown Car Care.
