    Branch has an no ability to process a basic rental and bring it to Aviation Works FBO. Branch lacks common sense and problem solving skills. Was told they can’t take a credit card over the phone or online for whatever reason. It’s done everyday all over the country. Don’t rely on this location.

    First off, I want to say the folks that work here are really nice, but this is such a poorly run operation! Everyone is waiting on a car.. the process of actually getting into your scheduled rental is ridiculous.
