As a commercial customer. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with how this autozone is ran. I essentially have to do their job for them each time. Every time I come in they have their friends hanging out distracting them from doing their job they are paid to do. The one on Lancaster is so much better. I wish I could give zero stars because this store is ran by 16 year olds, the manager is young and they have not been helpful to me or any customers that they aren’t friends with. I saw one of the workers tell a grandma who could Barley walk a part number for a windshield wiper and told her to find it and then told her that they couldn’t put it on for her. This store is going down hill they need to hire an actual manager not some kid.

18 year old girl here that knows almost nothing about cars, and was somehow more capable than the guy who helped me. He wouldn’t run a test on my battery because he’s “never seen a Honda pilot with the filter still on, it’s always either gone completely or just resting on top” (I drive an odyssey, but close enough i guess) and just walked back inside. So I took the filter off myself (which involved popping out 2 pins with a screwdriver, really hard work) and went back inside and asked him if he would do it now, which he did. All of this at 8pm in 4 degree weather, may I add. Asked if I could get a headlight replaced, as I didn’t know how to do it myself and previous auto zones have been happy to help me when they’re gone out before. He informed me that no, they don’t change headlights, they only sell them. I understand this, however another guy changed my battery a few minutes later, so I felt like it wasn’t too much of an ask for someone to replace the headlight that I bought from their store with another headlight that I bought from their store, considering I was one of the only customers there. Had to figure out how to change my own headlight in freezing weather in the autozone parking lot so I could safely drive home (not very difficult, but all more the reason I felt they could’ve helped me out). Managed to do it, so that’s good I suppose. Overall I got everything I needed, but I felt that the staff could’ve been much more helpful.

If I could give no stars I would, how could you expect to give an honest opinion if it has to be at least 1 star.
Auto zone employees at 21street auto zone do not care about their customers. They told my sister in law they would help her and left her standing for more than 20minutes out in the cold when she needed help with her fusebox being stuck. Left with no break lights, how is she supposed to drive now? Step up your game auto zone. 12/30/25

Needed a new car battery. I just simply paid and within 15 minutes, I was on my way. They sent a young man out with the new battery and he had it changed extremely quickly.
