  I’m putting this review out here not for the car I bought from here (it’s actually one of the best cars I’ve owned) but they are getting this review for their communication skills or lack there of, I guess I should say. I have been reaching out to both Kyle and Jacob in finance since March 24th 2026 and for 3 straight weeks I have not been able to get my questions answered. No one has called me back from the voicemails I have left. And when I actually do get someone on the phone, I am told that I will get a call back just to have NO ONE call. I was told I would get an email from Jacob regarding my cancellation—that email never came. (How hard is it to send a email stating that my policy was canceled?) Regardless of how good this car is, if I would have known that it was going to be such a hassle to cancel the policies/warranties for the vehicle; I would have never got them in the first place. I am not sure why this dealership is denying me my right to cancel my policies; it’s very weird and it’s tainting my entire view of this dealership. One of the things Jake told us when we got this car was that it’s a family business, & we care about our family & we don’t screw over family but so much for family, right? Because I definitely feel screwed over right. Attached is a message from Jacob when I called twice in one day begging for my papers to be emailed to me. Jacob swore up and down he was going to send them before he left the office he did not. This is not the first time this has happened last week he promised he was going to call confirming it was canceled—never got that call either. So he says it’s canceled but if you never get proof how do you know? So I’m not sure if I’m being scammed or if they just have incompetent finance people working at Ferris Toyota.

  I came before my scheduled eight am appointment and was helped right away. The technician told me what caused the leak in the car and I didn't have to pay anything.

  We were in the market for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum and were not expecting Ferris Toyota to have one available on the lot so soon. The vehicle had everything we were looking for and more—especially the Wind Chill Pearl exterior paired with the Portobello interior. I reached out to Ferris Toyota and worked with Ryan. We completed the deal remotely and were able to secure the vehicle below MSRP, along with the trade-in value I was looking for. Once the deal was finalized, we drove the next day from Wisconsin because the opportunity was worth it and the exact vehicle was available—no waiting for an allocation required. Ryan made this the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. He worked on my behalf to make the deal happen and was transparent throughout the entire process. He also took the time to walk us through the vehicle’s features in detail and helped us pair our phone right away. In addition, the finance department at Ferris Toyota made the process smooth and efficient. There was no hassle, no pressure, and no pushback. We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. I would highly recommend working with Ryan and Ferris Toyota. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle out of state, and Ryan ensured the entire experience went as smoothly as possible. We are happily enjoying our new vehicle all thanks to Ryan and Ferris Toyota.
