  Do not rent cars from this location unless you have METICULOUSLY documented damages of your rental. I attempted to rent a car here and they tried to hide damage and when I pointed it out, they refused to properly document it on my rental agreement. There’s only one reason to be that shady… A surprise repair bill two months later. Again, be very careful with these shady characters. They are also rude and do not look customers in the eye… VERY creepy.

  I have rented vehicles from them, many of times and have never had as bad experience as I had this time the car stinks. So bad it makes you sick. The check engine lights on and don't run right. It was just a horrible experience, new philadelphia Ohio I hope they see this. BY THE WAY, I CALLED THEM.AND THEY SAID SO WE WOULD GET AHOLD OF ME AND NOBODY CALLED BACK.

  Had a rental and had the coverage on it ($20/day). I called to take it off on a Wednesday. On the phone, an employee told me that I was already covered until the upcoming Saturday. They had already charged my account for it (have screenshots). I called the branch and asked what the charges were for with no answer from anyone. I called their 1-800 number and asked about the charges. They had no icea either. So then had a rock fly up and hit the window on Friday. They then continued to credit my account back after I returned the rental. So basically on their invoice, I wasn't covered under any protection. I was told I was covered to a certain date, my account was pending a charge that matches a week's worth of coverage ($20/day), no one could answer why I was being charged, and then they put the money back after the rental was returned. I also had a separate charge for the deposit, which is standard. Will be calling the BBB and filing a complaint for bad business practice and lack of employee knowledge for what theyre charging people with no answers. If they do record their calls, it'll reflect as I have dates and screenshot for everything. Already charged my insurance and want a deductible from me.
