  Very bad experience. A billing nightmare. Figures kept getting shuffled with no explanations. I asked about my $50 deposit. Was told 'that was used a long time ago. This is what you owe'. I was given a paid receipt not showing my $50 deposit or what day my card was charged for the balance. I was rudely treated & not given answers to my questions. I am posting this review for my mom.

  Not only will I use this enterprise location in the future but I will strongly recommend it to others. I was treated extremely well from the minute I arrived to the time I dropped off vehicle... thanks to everyone at the counter I spoke to

  Do not rent cars from this location unless you have METICULOUSLY documented damages of your rental. I attempted to rent a car here and they tried to hide damage and when I pointed it out, they refused to properly document it on my rental agreement. There’s only one reason to be that shady… A surprise repair bill two months later. Again, be very careful with these shady characters. They are also rude and do not look customers in the eye… VERY creepy.

  I have rented vehicles from them, many of times and have never had as bad experience as I had this time the car stinks. So bad it makes you sick. The check engine lights on and don't run right. It was just a horrible experience, new philadelphia Ohio I hope they see this. BY THE WAY, I CALLED THEM.AND THEY SAID SO WE WOULD GET AHOLD OF ME AND NOBODY CALLED BACK.
