  Stopped at take 5 care wash just because I love my take 5 oil change guys. I figured id be greated and treated like the oil change guys but unfortunately while signing up for a pass I had a lady come and not even greet me smile or explain anything at all. She sent me to the next step and that was a pretty horrible experience. That lady had me pulling forward pulling back in nuetral out of neutral in drive out of drive by the time I was in the actual car wash she was still yelling commands that I could not hear nor understand. I went through the whole wash thinking something was wrong. My brand new 4 runner thats my responsibility if anything breaks. Got out of the wash and the bottom of the car was still caked with mud. Went through again and still wasn't very pleased at the cleanliness I was expecting. Came again a few days later to an empty lot so I pulled in and someone came running out of the door to tell me that I needed to wait at the door before pulling in. Quite honestly im not wanting to come back because I've not once been treated nicely and the whole process is confusing. Pulled out of the wash with the whole bottom of the car still muddy. She said just go through again but what if im only purchasing one car wash? I dont get to keep going through untill its clean. Not sure if I will be keeping my subscription I'll give it a few more times. But please know a smile goes a long way and I haven't seen one yet.

  HUGE shout out to Alicia! She is absolutely amazing, always so energetic that makes me wanna go wash my car just to see her. Great customer service always going up above and beyond. Take five is lucky to have her. Her and her team always have everything in stock up. My favorite part is going to grab the towels to finish Drying my car and they always have a product, glass cleaner and interior cleaners. Never had an issue

  I had never been to a TAKE 5 before, but after waiting over 45 minutes at the quick oil change I have used for over a decade and then being told we all (7 cars) had to back up to make room so they could move cars from the other line into the line I was in, I left. I went to TAKE 5 and they were fast efficient, and friendly. I was extremely happy when I left and will definitely be a repeat customer with ALL of my vehicles.

  The manager Xander and his crew were absolutely professional extremely thorough. Very kind. They gave me a bottle of water. I have dealt with Xander before he is very patient. He’s able to connect with his customers while being efficient and maintaining a professional protocol. I have continued to come to the take five on West high in new Philadelphia, Ohio because of him he’s helped me and gone above and beyond as well as his crew absolutely extremely happy and appreciative and beyond for what they do to help me maintain my car as I am in it 24 seven I will always recommend this oil change a corporation and company. It’s the best that’s opened up in town to date as well as great coupons.

  Went to have my car washed...as I was cleaning out the car a girl came up who at the end I ask for her name because customer service just don't exist anymore. I believe she said Alicia. I ask if there was a place to wash my 2 front mats. She never hesitated and took them and came back with clean mats and said anything else I can help u with ma'am. Thanks Take 5 for great customer service. I will definitely be back where u customers are noticed and taken care of...
