She was kind enough to go out of her way to spray my mats for me during my last visit. Take 5 is always clean with trashcans always being emptied, no litter on ground and cleaning products are always ready to go for self serve.

Pulled out of the wash tunnel and parked my truck so I could detail it only to find the detail center closed and an attendant watching me from the office window. This has happened to me before. If you’re not going to provide your customer with top tier benefits, don’t let them pay for that wash package. Very deceptive. When that wash first opened as Goo-Goo, things like this never happened. Poor quality, deceptive services. Not at all happy. I won’t go back.

However ended up sitting there for over 30 mins waiting, and got out only to see all 3 individuals working were all changing a wiper blade on the back of a minivan. I then asked about how much limit would be, and one of the workers said he could do my oil then. It then took about 40 mins for them to change my oil. If I had not had to have it done due to a long drive the next day I would have left. Upon reviewing my receipt, it says my tire pressure was checked (it was not) washer fluid filled (it was not) as well as other various checks, none of which were done. I would not recommend having your service completed there.
