  I had to visit this Autozone to get my check engine light diagnosed. Caiden was very helpful and friendly from the start. While I was experiencing some grief from my check engine light being on, Caiden was so pleasant to talk to so much that he turned my mood around. He was so upbeat and positive. I complimented his work ethic and told him he was good at his job. He said he loves his job. Service this great doesn't happen often anywhere, so I was extremely satisfied with my experience there. Thanks Caiden!

  The manager here is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. They are really nice and always helpful.

  On 1-27-26 A district manager Bryan Beha stopped by my totally blocked in driveway from 10 inches of snow plowed up at the end of my driveway and frozen. Just an hour after an hours-long watermain break on Carroll Street in New Lexington, Ohio. He shoveled soaking wet, heavy and frozen snow to unblock my driveway. I and my wife are 67 yrs old. She has stage 3 COPD.

  Guy changed my battery and broke the battery terminal cover. Manager said they aren't responsible cause they do that free. So beware of how they do business at one point i even said to guy if you don't know what you're doing we can get someone else. I hope he feels good about what he did. I could of had my brother take it out he wouldn't broke it. I left my phone number there and manager said it didn't get it. So I guess anyone can work there and break stuff on your vehicle and it's ok.

  I recommend getting your auto needs here it's much cheaper than most places and sometimes they have discounts and deals
