Been using this place for 5 years and had already had a couple recent bad experiences but this was the last straw. Lied about part prices, lied about labor cost, and bill ended up being $700 more than I was originally quoted to replace my ignition. In addition too I paid these people $2000 and literally can't even use my key fob anymore to lock/unlock my vehicle so at some point I'll go to the dealership to fix... had other problems over the last year with this place because of spotty repairs and ridiculous prices at this point, from now on might as well go to the dealership.....

I was on my way home from work and my steering wheel started shaking and then I notice I was losing air in the front drivers tire. I was able to make it to the shop and right away I was asked if I was ok and they were absolutely nice and fast with my car. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond!!! I definitely appreciate you!!!!

Of all the shops I consulted to get my DRL Daytime Running Lights disabled and with good reason, these boys were THE ONLY ONES TO COME THROUGH ! Others refused for stupid reasons. Others promised they could then chickened out. Nope ! nobody could or would do it. These guys said they could and followed through ! Works perfectly. Nothing else changed. Manual headlights still work. High brights. Turn signals. A/C. Radio. I checked and everything works fine. DRL chip could not be reprogrammed as hoped but he grounded the relay wire which I believe controls the light sensor fooling it into thinking auto on headlights are Not needed. And so DRL always stays off. Bingo. Works here. since this is an input to the chip as far as my knowledge goes inputs are usually high impedance anyway and expecting variable voltages anywhere from lowest value of zero or ground to the highest available which for a logic circuit is usually say five volts. So it's not like they created some short that is somehow constantly draining the battery in any way like it may sound. Bottom line I am confident my issue was solved totally safely. And now I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE IN THE AREA AND THEY HAVE BEEN HERE NOW GOING ON THIRTY ONE YEARS ! Congratulations Sunoco of Park Layne You win the award for Best Neighborhood Garage ! and as far as price, the estimate was one hundred, final price just over eighty dollars. since labor for even the first hour for mechanics is now 70 per hour thats pretty good. I left the car with them at 8 fifteen in the morning. It was done at 9 fifteen a.m. !

my 25 year old daughter (single mother) got into a wreck on I-70 (1 /6 /2015) the state highway patrol had this company on a rotation and called them to pick the wrecked vehicle up. They agreed to accept a credit card for payment and agreed to take the car to my daughters house in fairborn. before we sealed the deal i questioned the driver about the costs. the driver stated prior to loading the vehicle that a $125 pick up fee would apply and that a $2 a mile fee for delivery would apply.once the driver of the tow truck delivered the car to her apartment the owner called with a price it was much higher than the driver stated. the vehicle was 7 miles from daughters apartment but they claimed it was 27 miles. they acted as if i didn't reserve a right to question them.the bill shouldnt hve been more than $150 but they first asked for $200 then $175. i told them i would go ahead and pay them anyway but would put a revue up for there dishonesty because that is very poor business. it was obvious they were taking advantage of her and myself.the tow truck driver refused to take my payment and the owner refused to take my credit card information. the owner grabs the phone and begins ranting and cussing at the top of his lungs and threatens to lock the car up in his storage and bill me more money. i suggested he take my payment and seize and desist.he stole her vehicle and took it to his shop.we called the state police and they called the sunoco and suggested they bring the car back but the owner began telling "of course a different story"so dishonest. we also reported the incident to the fairborn police. they claim it a civil matter and said that wasn't stealing. we also have contacted the BBB to file a complaint. my suggestion is to avoid this company. they are far from honest to us and they were extremely disrespectful to us as well.his intentions was to force us to have another company get the car and to make us pay double. he forced us to pay him for a job that he didnt complete! the job was to deliver the car to my daughters and they failed. we are considering legal action for refund based on he didnt deliver the car.
