When I took it back, the old lady with short hair LITTERALY rolled her eyes because I didn't have the receipt (because I chose email and not paper receipt). So I look at my email and I can't even find it. I'm wondering why she can't just look up my phone number and see I just got it 2 days prior. She needed my ID and my debit card. I could tell it was such an inconvenience for her to do her JOB. That's why I usually go to AutoZone down the road.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
