  Firstly, being my first time at a Valvoline oil and lube changing branch, I walked up to ask if they could get me in that morning, and a man, who I would come to find out is Rick, greeted me with a big smile and said to come into Bay 2. He guided me in and walked me through the information process and made his requests of turning the engine off, etc. Rick was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Truly a positive and excellent face for Valvoline. I couldn't say enough good things about this guy. The two other techs who I saw in the building were busy and looked like they knew what they were doing. They talked and laughed and looked like they were having a good time working. That itself says a lot about Valvoline as a company. At the beginning of the service Rick gave me an estimated 15 minutes for the service to be done and good gosh he was right on the money. It wouldn't have bothered me if it was 30 minutes because the fact they were hasty, polite, honest, and hardworking I wouldn't have felt like my time was being taken advantage of. Hats off to these guys. Will definitely be back to this New Albany location for my next, and every following oil change. Sorry to the other guys for not getting their names. Lol

  Amanda is the reason I come to this particular store. As a woman it's nice to have someone to answer questions workout being judgemental or condescending. Great job!

  The general manager and Antonio were very helpful and informative. They truly went above and beyond after my car had an oil leak. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service!

  Rick, Austin and Blake were fantastic, quick and incredibly friendly! My ride needed and oil change and i work long days and couldnt get in most places, the fixed everything up right after work, really helped my peace of mind driving the long transit! Thanks guys!

  In the last year I have come to Valvoline 3 times and the service has been incredible each time. If possible Elrico may have topped them all today. Very welcoming, nice and caring. Honest and communicative in relation to everything..wait time, work time, car condition and additional services needed. At most service centers you believe they are experts and hope they won't rip you off...at Valvoline you get every sense beyond a doubt they are experts and you as the customer are being treated fairly and honestly. That is so important and so rare. Even customers who don't know about cars, sense or know when they are being lied to or treated unfairly. Valvoline on Johnstown Rd has never let that come into question. From start to finish the experience is perfect. I leave there feeling good, appreciating the people who helped me and knowing not only where I am going to take my car for upcoming service, but because of the communication I have a great sense when I will need to.
