    The staff was VERY friendly and made sure that I left a satisfied customer!!!! I had a wiper come off, and when the first one they replaced it with also came off, they assured me that even if they had to go to the auto parts store next door and get one, my blade would be replaced at no charge.

    Drove an hour needing an oil change, sat waiting for almost an hour for them to tell me they don’t have the oil, no attendant came out to check me in before hand to make sure that doesn’t happen. Also granted there’s an auto parts store connecting their parking lot which would have the oil….wanted me to come back in a couple weeks….horrible service

    I thought team members were very friendly. We did arrive when the store was quite busy and there was a combination of two team members that helped us, which is good, but they didn't always know what the other had taken care of. We used a $25 off coupon, without the coupon I don't see that there is any reason to say we really want to go back to Valvoline. I do believe that the team members were trying hard to do a good job.

    Decided I'll try going to each oil change place in town since more have cropped up. Found a coupon online. Asked if they knew of "best coupon out there"... proceeded with oil change... wipers... brake line cleanse I think? Lol (I'm sooo tired as I write this, sorry....)... was entertained by my oil change concierge Chatles... learned some things... at the end... I got several bucks of discount and my car us definitely doing better. The rest of the team was efficient and nice. I do recommend.
