- X3xcaliber 31 day ago1.0I went into the Mount Vernon facility to get an oil change. I have visited different Valvoline facilities to get an oil change in the past. This time, I had coupon to receive $25 off ANY full service oil change, expiring 11-23-25. However, Avrin, the customer service member, told me he was unable to scan the coupon. He said that he thought it was for full synthetic oil only. Even though the coupon read ANY full service oil change. He didn’t try to accommodate. The only thing he could do was give 10% off, if I donated to the CMN. I did make a donation to the CMN. But, the 10% off ($7.80) did not equal the $25. I left an unhappy customer.

The crew was knowledgeable, intelligent, and spot on with everything. They replaced my burned out headlight bulbs and showed me a very dirty cabin air cleaner. I never felt any pressure for services I didn't want. Everyone was professional, courteous and I felt well taken care of. I was also informed of other services they provide but no pressure. I love these people!!💓
