  I came to Auto Zone today with a battery that was seemingly dead. I walked in the front door and was immediately greeted and invited to the parts counter. An associate did a diagnosis and determined the battery was certifiably and undeniably.....dead with no hopes of holding a charge This associate then looked up the details of the battery and went to get a replacement and let me know the battery was still under warranty. I left a battery with no charge and I left the store with a battery at no charge. All of this with a smile and enthusiasm to provide quality service from well trained associates. Get yourself in the zone. Auto Zone. I may come out of retirement to work with a team that was engaged and caring which made my experience that much better

  I needed a new battery and the staff were knowledgable and helpful in finding the one i needed. Without even asking they said they would put the new one in for me. They were fast. Great customer service.
