The team work and watching these guys work was amazing to see. Cleaning all points of the wheel and tire (looking spotless and brand new of the factory line), rebalancing, double torque spec by two different mechanics… impressive work.. Highly recommended
- ASAdam SponselMar 28, 20261.0I pulled into this place in a newly purchased vehicle from Castrucci Chevrolet with a matching set of SureDrive Sport tires. Needed two of the tires patched. After completion I carefully inspected my vehicle and immediately noticed that the service manager had scammed me for a new tire and swapped out one of the matching tires for an off brand tire. He looked like a deer in headlights when I confronted him about it because he knew that I knew what he did was unprofessional. Matter of fact, I should have called the police on TireDiscounters because what they did can jeopardize the integrity of my vehicle and any person inside of it, given that three of the tires are at 100% tread and the one they were dishonest about is 75% tread off brand. This was an intentional, malicious and deliberate way of attempting to fraud a customer. #reportingtobetterbusiness bureau. 👀

I asked my local tire store, in Michigan what the charge for the same repair would have been..... they would have just done the repair and sent her on her way for $0!!!! That should tell you what kind of people these people are!!! DO BETTER you crooks!!! I hope your daughter receives better treatment!!!
