The tech thought he knew better and told me I did not need what I requested. He told me nothing was wrong. He assumed I was talking about my GPS navigation. I ask if he could just do what I requested and basically he refused and then said he was too busy. I went to Midas and got it taken care of.

I asked them if they could match it and there was no pause or anything. He said best he could do was around $1650. My company gets a lot of our services and all of our tires a from Tire Discounter, but he couldn’t match a price for $200 less. Didn’t even attempt to work with me and seemed like he just wanted me out the door. Great customer service.
