  The technicians were very quick and efficient. They were knowledgeable and very helpful in informing me of what needed done to my car. I didn’t feel pressured to do extra services. The oil change was a bit expensive, but nothing extreme. Will go there again for car servicing.

  I was coming in to get my wifes cars oil changed. They got me right in, and were super fast. The reason I'm rating them so high is that I had an issue while I was there. Our bank decided to mark activity on our account as suspicious, and turned off our debit cards. I had no cash on me either. I called and the bank and they said since the account was in my wifes name they couldn't talk to me, even though Im listed on the account. Tried to call my wife and she was asleep and didnt answer because she works night shift. So there I am with a $112 bill I had no way to pay. They were cool and let me run home and deal with the banking situation and then come back. Believe me I was BEYOND pissed off at the moment, so the last thing I wanted to deal with was another hastle. Those guys being so cool made a stressfull situation alot easier to deal with. So in my opinion it's a clean facility, reasonable pricing, and a good work crew.....at least the ones I was there with were. Thanks fellas.

  I stopped in jiffy lube immediately after work and was pleasantly suprised but how nice and welcoming everyone was! Thank you guys for doing my oil change and being polite, will return with my wife vehicle soon

  First time at this location. Been putting off car stuff for a while. Still didnt take as long as I would've expected for the amount I had done today. Everyone was nice and kept checking in through the whole process instead of just running with it and giving minimal details. The lobby was clean and quiet. Its pretty close to my house too so a+ for convenience. Had hot cocoa for the kids which they loved. I have another car in the house due so it'll probably come here too.

  Absolute worst experience. For context I drive a 2024 Audi A5 with 21k miles. I was there for 45 minutes for a standard oil change. It took them 45 minutes to figure out that they couldn’t change my oil because they said they needed a top extractor and they don’t have the tool to do that. (YOUR BUSINESS IS CHANGING OIL!) They also convinced me to also change my cabin filter and once they took it out they told me to go wait inside in the lobby “so they had more room to change it” (it’s under the glove box, and they pulled it out with me in the car) weird, but ok… then after 20 minutes sitting in the lobby they told me that they had to “order it from the store down the street” and it would be a while. When I told him I didn’t want it anymore because I had somewhere to be, they literally argued with me. Told me to pay for it now and come back later so they could install it and insisted on me needing the $40 cabin filter, (Audi suggests changing every 20-30k miles, I’m at 21k). So after being there for 45 minutes, I drove away, being lied to, argued with on why Valvoline didn’t change my filter at 15k miles when Audi suggests 20-30k, not having my oil changed and not having my cabin filter replaced… Absolute Joke! Never again, please do yourself a favor and just go to Valvoline. Why did I ever go away from something that works… 🤦‍♂️
