There was hair all over the floor, in the shower, and all over the sink, making it very obvious it had not been properly cleaned or sanitized. The entire area looked neglected and unsanitary. I asked to use the larger shower (#8) instead, but we were not allowed, because the manager had his dog locked inside it, which is completely unacceptable in a public shower area. Overall, this place was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unprofessional. For a travel center that many people rely on for basic hygiene, this level of cleanliness is disappointing and unacceptable.

Explained how i have only 2 hrs and i need to move from the property . ??? do you really think i came to live at “your” travel stop ? Pilot should always be more welcome to travelers and make our stop pleasant not aggressive and unpleasant. PLEASE TALK TO THIS VERY UNHAPPY UNPROFESSIONAL GRANDPA I hope this review finds Headquarters well and they do something about this situation. Nobody wants to live here , we just need to rest Thanks, White Jeep
