I understand that the showers get used A LOT but when there’s this much OBVIOUS mold/mildew (even out by the door) it’s NOT being cleaned properly. not even close

The floors are filthy, the walls & windows are filthy, the laundry room was filthy, and plenty of staff standing around talking. Your customers deserve better. They need to hire a deep-cleaning crew just to get it up to standard.
