- PNPeter NorthFeb 24, 20261.0I spend thousands of dollars at flying J pilot traveling the nation. I've never had an issue staying overnight in a pilot lot until this location. Knocking on my window at 1 o'clock in the morning telling me to leave when there's absolutely nobody in your huge parking lot is insanity. I'm taking all of my business to loves and travel America I will never spend another dime with pilot flying J ever again. Enjoy your empty parking lot I guess it's empty for a reason.

- JFJohn FourmanJan 28, 20261.0Might as well close this location. Half the pumps don't work. Drivers park AND SLEEP on the islands. Employees say they can't call tow trucks or police to remove them because corporate won't allow them to. I personally WON'T be stopping there anymore until these problems are addressed.
- EFElaina FiskJan 16, 20261.0If you want a hot shower and to be treated with respect this isn’t the place. after being switched to TWO different showers and the water being to cold I ask the manager Steven for a refund. He proceeded to get an attitude have workers check the showers HIS OWN WORKER even said he had a few other people complain about cold today as well when I told him I would like a refund because I needed to get to work, he gave to me then slammed the register. So I said that was completely unnecessary which I guess upset him because he started yelling at me in with a a bunch of customers around that he hasn’t had any problems so he’s gonna check mind you he’s still yelling as he’s walking to the back. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary considering it almost 20 bucks a shower.
